Perhaps my most personal mission is Vessel Healing. As a therapist, you are the instrument of change.

But who holds the space for you?

I specialize in working with other mental health professionals to navigate the "Shadow of the Healer." This is a space for you to drop the clinical mask, process vicarious trauma and countertransference, and ensure that your own "vessel" remains clear and resilient. You deserve a therapist who speaks your language and respects the weight of the chair you sit in.

Vessel Healing: Therapy for Therapists

What it is: Vessel Healing is a specialized clinical sanctuary designed specifically for the mental health professional. As therapists, we are our own primary clinical instrument; however, we often ignore the "vessel" that holds the weight of our clients' trauma, grief, and complexity. This track moves beyond surface-level self-care into advanced psychodynamic processing and neuro-biological restoration. This is "Graduate Level" personal work where you can finally drop the "clinical mask" and be the one who is held. We address the unique intersection of your personal history and your professional identity, ensuring your vessel remains clear, resilient, and integrated.

What to expect: In these sessions, we speak the same language. You won’t have to "downshift" your clinical terminology or explain your theoretical orientation. We dive straight into the "Self-of-the-Therapist" work, utilizing ART and CMI to clear vicarious trauma and Shadow Work to explore countertransference. Whether we meet for weekly sessions or a Vessel Intensive, you can expect a peer-to-peer relationship rooted in radical authenticity. We focus on recalibrating your nervous system and tending to your own "roots" so that you can return to your practice with a renewed sense of harmony and clinical clarity.

Who it helps: LCSWs, psychologists, counselors, and healers who are experiencing "compassion fatigue," vicarious trauma, or the heavy "Shadow of the Healer." It is for the clinician who feels they have "intellectualized" their own pain rather than feeling it, and for those who want a therapist who understands the specific ethical and emotional burdens of the profession.

The Benefits: The primary benefit is Sustaining the Healer. By clearing the "clinical residue" of your caseload, you prevent burnout and moral injury. You will gain a deeper understanding of your own triggers in the chair, a regulated nervous system that allows for better presence with clients, and a restored passion for the calling that led you to this work in the first place.

Focused support for the clinical instrument.

  • Clinical Mask Removal: A safe, confidential space where you are allowed to be "messy," human, and vulnerable without the weight of your credentials.

  • Vicarious Trauma Clearing: Using ART and CMI to neurologically "offload" the heavy images and stories you carry for your clients.

  • The Healer’s Shadow: Exploring the unconscious motivations that drew you to this work and how they manifest as countertransference in your sessions.

  • Nervous System Recalibration: Advanced Brain Health protocols designed to treat the "wired-but-tired" brain of the overworked clinician.

  • Vessel Restoration Intensives: Deep-dive, half-day or full-day sessions focused on a complete "clinical reset" for your mind and soul.

"Is Your Vessel Full?"

  • Do you feel a "heaviness" in your chest when you look at your schedule?

  • Are you struggling to "turn off" your clinical brain at 5:00 PM?

  • Do you find yourself intellectualizing your own emotions rather than feeling them?

  • Are you experiencing "empathy fatigue" or a lack of joy in your breakthroughs?

"If you checked more than two, it’s time to tend to your own roots."
